About me

My name is Ibtisam, I moved from Saudi Arabia to Canada in 2016, where I began my journey as a nurse. From a young age, I was inspired to pursue nursing after witnessing my mother's strength and dedication in caring for my sick grandmother during a challenging time. This experience instilled in me a deep passion for helping others and shaped my commitment to providing compassionate care.
I consider myself a fighter, resilient and determined to overcome any obstacles. Being an immigrant has not only strengthened my character but also taught me valuable lessons about adaptability and growth. Education is my greatest weapon, and I continuously strive to learn and develop, both personally and professionally, to face life's challenges and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
In my professional career, I have accumulated extensive experience working in diverse healthcare settings. From hospitals in Saudi Arabia to caregiving roles and clinical externships in Canada, I have honed my skills in patient care, procedure preparation, and effective teamwork. My journey is driven by a deep desire to uplift others, and I am dedicated to making a positive impact on my patients' lives.
